Job Summary
Crew Members deliver friendly guest experiences, prepare products according to Brand standards, and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs, follow brand standards, recipes, and systems, handle POS transactions and payments accurately, maintain a clean work area, and comply with safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching responsiveness, customer service, and executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives under operational guidelines. Skills include fluent English, basic computer skills, money handling, operating restaurant equipment, and the ability to learn and perform multiple tasks.
