Job Summary
Crew Member responsible for preparing high-quality subs, maintaining a clean, fast-paced restaurant, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Key duties include: adhering to Jersey Mike’s quality standards, multitasking in a team-driven environment, handling customer interfaces with a positive and engaging attitude, and participating in Jersey Mike’s training programs. Required readiness to operate the slicer (18+), Serve Safe/food handler certification, and reliable transportation. The role emphasizes strong menu knowledge, guest communication, and ongoing personal and professional growth within a community-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year QSR experience preferred
- Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
