Job Summary
Greet customers and take/prepare subs, input orders into POS, collaborate with line team to prepare cold and hot subs to customer specifications, adhere to safety and sanitation procedures, maintain restaurant cleanliness, handle customer concerns professionally, train new employees, and contribute to a positive, welcoming service culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Commitment to learning
- Have strong desire to work as a Team Player
- Available to work at least three lunch shifts during the week (M-F 10-2)
- Greet customers, record orders, prepare and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
- Input orders into a POS system and accept payment
- Work with line team to prepare subs to customer specifications
- Use kitchen machinery
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Handle customer concerns professionally
