Full participation in training programs, strong menu/product knowledge, and effective communication with guests are expected. The role emphasizes personal growth, community involvement, and contributing to a positive culture as part of a franchise-owned restaurant. The position requires a high school degree or equivalent, involvement in Safe Handling practices, and reliable transportation; 1 year of QSR experience is preferred but not required.
