Job Summary
Greet customers upon entry and exit, take orders via phone or in-person, and operate the cash register to collect payments and make change. Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches while strictly adhering to portion sizes, recipes, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, and restrooms. Execute blow-away greetings and farewells, fill out systems with 100% accuracy, and comply with the dress code. This role requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly
- Position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday
- Must maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code
- Must display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Must be available for all hours and all days
- Must be able to greet customers when they enter and exit the restaurant
- Must provide world-class customer service
- Must execute fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards
- Must interact effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as the broader Jimmy John's Company
- Must comply with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures
- Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restrooms, etc

- Must take phone orders and complete delivery orders
