Crew Member needed for a Kansas-based BBQ restaurant serving in 3 states. Responsibilities include front-line engagement with guests, operating a cash register, drive-thru duties, making sandwiches, washing dishes in the back of house, and cleaning the dining room and kitchen between shifts. Responsibilities also cover sweeping/mopping floors, resetting for the next shift, and ensuring a clean, efficient dining environment. Must thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced setting and be part of a team that values quality food and customer service. The role supports a strong entrepreneurial spirit and contributes to a culture focused on timely service and guest satisfaction, with the location closing at 8 pm.
