Job Summary
Provide legendary customer service and prepare beverages/food per recipes while maintaining a clean, organized store. Work in a fast-paced, team-based environment across front-to-back operations; support training of new associates and uphold health/safety guidelines. Responsibilities include responsive communication with management, assisting in maintaining the Third Place atmosphere, recognizing team performance, and ensuring regular attendance. Starting pay is $10/hour with tips bringing typical earnings to at least $15/hour, and higher compensation possible based on performance.
