Job Summary
The Crew Member at Spotless Brands performs a variety of hands-on tasks to deliver a high-quality car wash experience, including operating wash equipment, preparing vehicles, and maintaining site cleanliness. Primary responsibilities include engaging customers, assisting in vehicle inspections, guiding vehicles in the wash process, and promoting wash packages and memberships. Successful candidates need strong customer service skills, ability to adapt to varying tasks, and the capability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Ability to walk, stand, and move for several hours at a time
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Previous experience in customer-facing or outdoor role preferred
