Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately using the POS, and handle cash transactions while maintaining food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, assemble takeout orders, and keep the dining area clean by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally. Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment while standing and walking for extended periods in a fast-paced setting. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
