Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders using the POS system, and process cash transactions while maintaining food safety standards. Assist with food preparation, assemble takeout items, and keep the dining area clean by wiping tables and sweeping floors. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive environment, working extended periods on your feet in a fast-paced setting with moderate to high noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and carry trays of food and beverages
