Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately using the POS system, and handle cash transactions with speed and precision. Assist with food preparation, assemble orders for takeout, and maintain dining area cleanliness by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and professionally manage guest inquiries or complaints while upholding food safety standards. This role requires standing and walking in a high-volume environment, lifting moderate to heavy objects, and working nights, weekends, and holidays. You will collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable)
- Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
