Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately using the POS, and handle cash transactions with speed. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assist with food assembly and packaging, and maintain dining area cleanliness through table wiping, sweeping, and restocking. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and professionally manage guest inquiries or complaints while upholding food safety standards. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-volume environment requiring moderate lifting and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable)
- Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
