Job Summary
The Crew Member role involves operating car wash equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Essential duties include prepping vehicles, guiding vehicles through the wash, promoting memberships, and performing routine site maintenance. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, the ability to work flexibly in a team environment, and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various conditions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
