Job Summary
The Crew Member at Spotless Brands plays a vital role in delivering a joyful, safe, and high-quality car wash experience to every customer. Crew Members operate wash equipment, prep vehicles, maintain a clean environment, and support customer-facing sales and service needs. Responsibilities include safely operating car wash equipment, engaging customers, conducting vehicle inspections, performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, and assisting in site organization. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume, outdoor environment are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
