Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Greet customers with personality (no robots allowed)
- Handcraft food to order while keeping quality and safety first
- Rock the register — take orders, handle cash, and process payments
- Keep the shop fresh: clean as you go and maintain sanitation standards
- Jump in where needed — from prepping fresh ingredients to helping teammates crush the rush
- Food safety/handling training (as required by state)
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stamina to work an 8-hour shift
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- OT may be required
