Job Summary
Greet customers, take orders, and process payments using the POS system while preparing food and beverages to company standards. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas, restock supplies, and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with team members across Tortilla, Salsa, Prep, Grill, Expo, and Take-Out stations to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience. This role requires standing for extended periods, performing light lifting, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
- Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred
