Crew Members deliver great and friendly guest experiences, prepare products according to Brand standards, and serve them with enthusiasm in a fast-paced, team-based Dunkin' environment. Responsibilities include operating POS and handling payments, following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean workstation, executing brand standards and marketing initiatives, and working collaboratively to meet guests’ needs. Skills emphasized include fluent English, basic computer skills, money handling, and the ability to operate restaurant equipment while adhering to age requirements as applicable.
