Crew Member at Quality Brand Group LLC (a franchisee of Dunkin’) across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. Responsibilities include delivering great and friendly guest experiences, preparing products to operational and quality standards, and serving them with enthusiasm in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs, follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintain a clean and neat work area, adhere to uniform standards, and assist with stocking, trash removal, and restroom cleaning. The role emphasizes teamwork, responsiveness to coaching, learning multiple tasks, and maintaining a positive, respectful environment. Minimum qualifications include basic computer and math skills, ability to learn standard restaurant equipment, and physical capability to lift 30-50 pounds; some stores may have minimum age requirements. The position can be part-time or a development pathway toward restaurant management depending on the individual’s goals.
