Job Summary
Crew Member at a Dunkin’ franchisee: provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment, assist with coffee and food preparation, handle multiple tasks, maintain cleanliness, and engage with guests. Must be flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prior food service or retail experience is preferred; leadership experience is a plus. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and development within the franchisee’s team.
Required Qualifications
