Crew Member

Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. Responsibilities include working well with others, responding to coaching, communicating with team members, and learning multiple tasks; providing great guest service; resolving guest issues; following Brand standards, recipes, and systems; adhering to safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintaining a clean work environment; executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives; handling POS transactions and payments with accuracy; preparing and delivering all products per Brand standards.
