Job Summary
Prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Arrive in a timely manner at the start of your scheduled shift, maintaining a positive team environment by demonstrating respect and dignity with all guests and colleagues. Resolve guest problems with a sense of urgency while adhering to established brand standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean work environment through stocking, trash removal, and thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms as directed. Ensure compliance with uniform standards including hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and nonslip shoes.
Required Qualifications
- Must have basic computer skills
- Have basic math skills
- Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- Must adhere to uniform standards including; hat, name tag, clean pressed apron and white collared shirt
- Dark blue jeans without any rips or holes
- Nonslip shoes
