Job Summary
The Crew Member at Spotless Brands is responsible for operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, and maintaining a clean environment, contributing to a high-quality car wash experience. Key duties include guiding vehicles into wash tunnels, performing vehicle inspections, engaging with customers, and supporting membership sales. The role requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and MVR
