Job Summary
Crew Member at Spotless Brands delivers a joyful, safe car wash experience by operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include guiding vehicles into the tunnel, vacuuming interiors, detailing as applicable, explaining wash packages and promotions, supporting membership sales, rotating between vacuum/tunnel/kiosk based on needs, and assisting with opening/closing duties while adhering to safety standards. The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, basic sales skills to upsell memberships, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Must be at least 16 years old, with a high school diploma preferred, and may require a valid driver’s license depending on location; background checks may apply. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
