Job Summary
Crew Member at Dairy Queen responsible for delivering fast, friendly customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assembling and presenting completed treat orders, stocking and cleaning all customer areas to health-code standards, and operating restaurant equipment. Works as part of a team under management and shift leaders to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness, and value. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, move items between areas, stand for long periods, and read order monitors to ensure accurate orders.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Move cases of food/paper products and other items up to 50 pounds up to 10 times per six-hour shift
- Stock ice in soft drink dispensers
- Stock all items in customer service area
- Stand for long periods
- Read order monitors
- Interact with the public and co-workers
- Possess good manners, personal hygiene, positive attitude
- Follow restaurant health and safety standards
