Job Summary
Accurately take fan orders at the up front counter, distribute correct change, and hand out proper menu items while maintaining speed of service standards. Prepare raw ingredients, follow strict recipes, and read tickets to determine what and when items need to be made. Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure they remain clean and sanitized at all times. Greet customers with a positive attitude in-store and via drive-thru headset. Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Willing and able to learn different tasks if no prior experience is present
- Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
- Greeting customers with a positive attitude in store and with drive thru head set
