Job Summary
The Team Member performs guest service, food preparation, and restaurant-cleanliness duties in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and serving orders, following the DHC Training Program to learn new skills, coordinating with a supervisor for guidance, ensuring food safety and sanitary standards, operating kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, ice cream dispensers), maintaining a neat appearance in a uniform, handling guest concerns professionally, and collaborating with team members to meet restaurant policies and cost-control guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication with supervisor and co-workers
