Job Summary
Crew Member at Crumbl Cookies responsibilities include reading and following Crumbl recipes, measuring and combining ingredients with mixers and ovens, decorating and displaying baked goods, ensuring food safety and quality, greeting customers and handling orders and payments, providing outstanding customer service, and keeping the workstation clean and sanitized. The role requires strong communication in English, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, a willingness to work a flexible schedule, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 10–55 lbs.
