Job Summary
Crew Member at Spotless Brands delivers a joyful, safe car wash experience by operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting customer-facing sales and service needs. Responsibilities include operating front wash, back wash, and vacuum; guiding vehicles safely into and out of the tunnel; performing vehicle inspections; prepping vehicles by removing trash, vacuuming interiors, and wiping surfaces; drying, polishing, and detailing as applicable; explaining and promoting wash packages and memberships; rotating between tasks (vacuum, tunnel, drying, kiosk) based on business needs; assisting with opening and closing duties; general site cleaning and upkeep; and supporting safety and site operations. Requires strong customer service and basic sales skills, ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum age 16; education preferred High School Diploma or equivalent; background checks per policy; valid driver’s license preferred depending on location and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
