Job Summary
Operate car wash equipment (front wash, back wash, and vacuum), prep vehicles, maintain cleanliness and safety, and support membership sales and upselling as needed. Duties include guiding vehicles through the tunnel, performing vehicle inspections, assisting with express and full-service options, explaining wash packages and promotions, rotating between tasks (vacuum, tunnel, drying, kiosk), and assisting with opening/closing and general site upkeep while following safety standards and company policy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (may be required depending on location and responsibilities)
- Previous experience in customer-facing or outdoor role preferred, not required
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Knowledge of car wash operations and equipment functionality is beneficial
- Strong customer service and basic sales skills are desirable
