Follow all safety and sanitation regulations while washing and storing cooking appliances, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes. Maintain a clean and organized work area and prepare food items according to company standards. Greet customers in person or on the phone, enter orders via the POS system, and answer inquiries about the menu, promotions, and allergen information. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately, ensuring proper change is given. Obtain Allergen Awareness and Food Handler certifications prior to start date.
