Job Summary
Back of House Crew Member at Traditions Hospitality Group (IHOP) prepares and cooks menu items per recipes, assists with food prep, maintains kitchen cleanliness, collaborates with the team for efficient workflow and timely orders, follows food safety guidelines, monitors inventory, assists with deliveries/storage, and supports safety procedures; requires ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, strong teamwork and organizational skills, and eligibility to obtain a gaming license and pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
