Job Summary
Back of House Crew Member (BOH) for Traditions Hospitality Group at IHOP in Norman, OK. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes, assisting with food preparation tasks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs, assisting with receiving and storing deliveries, and adhering to safety procedures. Requirements include a willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, strong organizational and teamwork skills, flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays), 18+ years old, ability to obtain a Gaming License, and ability to pass a background check. Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required.
