Job Summary
Execute quality store operations by making fast and accurate sandwiches, taking phone orders, and managing the cash register while adhering to all food, safety, and security guidelines. Maintain a clean environment, assist in product prep, and greet every customer with a smile and eye contact to deliver an exceptional experience. Perform all shifts including M-F lunch and dinner, weekend coverage, and on-call rotations, requiring the ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout assigned shifts. Must be at least 18 years of age with an Oregon Food Handler's Card issued before the second check. Earn $16.35 to $24.00 hourly plus tips averaging $6.50/hr with no limit, sharing tips by hours worked in a pay period. Required Qualifications
- All shifts needed (M-F lunch and dinner. Weekend shifts needed too)
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Execute quality store operations
- Clean store, small wares, etc as necessary
- Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
- Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
- Oregon Food Handler's Card before 2nd check issued
