Job Summary
Crew Member at Crumbl Cookies: read and follow Crumbl recipes, measure and mix ingredients, bake cookies, decorate and display finished goods, ensure food safety and quality, greet customers, take orders and process payments, maintain a clean and stocked workstation, sanitize equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift 10-55 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment; English communication skills required; flexible schedule with Sundays off; tips and employee discounts offered.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to stand for several hours and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
