Prepare desserts from scratch using the "Open Bakery" concept while maintaining attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Complete required training milestones to earn raises, utilizing smartphone apps for weekly menu training and food handler certification. Work flexible schedules excluding Sundays, with closing shifts requiring availability until 10:45 pm on weeknights or later on Fridays and Saturdays. Join a team rotating a fresh menu of cookies, cakes, cups, and pies to bring friends and families together across the nation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 17 years old
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- Must be available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights
