Job Summary
Crew Member at Apricus/Little Caesars. Responsibilities include serving customers per standards, preparing high-quality products following recipes and procedures, maintaining a positive restaurant image, keeping work stations clean, following safety and conduct policies, and rotating across PPP S stations. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Scheduling is based on business needs with no guaranteed hours; at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure situations and stress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others.
- The ability to understand and follow direction and instructions.
- The ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred.
- The US Department of Homeland Security (USCIS Division) requires that each Crew Member provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.
