Job Summary
Crew Member at Apricus/Little Caesars — works as part of the restaurant team to prepare high-quality products, serves customers according to established standards, follows recipes and procedures, maintains clean and organized workstations, observes safety and conduct policies, and collaborates with management. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, and work at multiple stations as directed; requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and follow directions. Requires minimum 16 years old; prior retail or customer contact experience preferred; must provide documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States. Scheduling is based on business needs with no guaranteed hours.
