Job Summary
Crew Member works as part of the restaurant team at Little Caesars, delivering high-quality products and satisfying customers. Responsibilities include serving customers according to Apricus standards, preparing products by following recipes and procedures, maintaining a professional image, keeping stations clean and organized, and adhering to safety and conduct policies. The role requires proficiency across PPPS stations and flexibility to work at different stations. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the United States. Hours are scheduled based on business needs with no guaranteed hours; training and orientation are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Dependable, hardworking and able to handle pressure situations and stress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others
- The ability to understand and follow direction and instructions
- The ability to perform the essential functions of the job
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
- The US Department of Homeland Security (USCIS Division) requires that each Crew Member provide documentation that proves their eligibility to work in the United States.
