Job Summary
Prepare coffee, lattes, sandwiches, and other beverages while serving bakery products and taking orders. Clean and maintain the restaurant during downtime, ensuring strict adherence to food safety procedures. Handle cash transactions and record guest order information accurately. Address guest complaints using the LAST principle (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank you) to maintain satisfaction. Work flexible shifts ranging from 5am to 10:30 pm in a fun environment at Dunkin-Baskin locations in Bel Air and Fallston. Prior food service experience is a plus.
