Job Summary
Deliver quality food products and guest service experiences by preparing, packaging, and delivering items according to menu standards. Clean and stock assigned areas while maintaining a safe, pleasant environment for all guests and employees. Handle food products in compliance with company procedures and food safety requirements. Work assigned positions accurately and productively, following all guest service guidelines to exceed expectations. Maintain great attendance and punctuality while working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be at least 16 years old with reliable transportation and the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts, weekends, holidays
- Must keep great attendance and punctuality throughout the year
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- is capable of communicating effectively with guests and co-workers
- Ability to work with others (as a team)
- Ability to comfortably interact with all guests
- Ability to look at the restaurant operations (from a guest's point of view)
