Job Summary
Crew Member at Jimmy John’s responsible for fast sandwich prep and delivering Freaky Fast service. Responsibilities include taking orders over the phone and at the register, assisting in customer deliveries, maintaining a clean environment, assisting in product prep, and completing other tasks inside the restaurant. The role emphasizes providing excellent customer service, memorizing the menu, and representing the Freaky Fresh Freaky Fast product. The position requires operating a cash register, handling cash, lifting 30-40 lbs, standing/bending, and working in a fast-paced lunch environment.
Required Qualifications

- Execute quality store operations
- Clean store, small wares, etc as necessary
- Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
- Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
