Job Summary
Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude; input orders into POS and process payments; collaborate with line team to prepare subs per specifications while following safety and sanitary procedures; operate kitchen equipment; maintain cleanliness of restaurant and restrooms; communicate with team and management to train new employees and resolve issues; address customer concerns professionally and in line with Jersey Mike’s standards; adhere to uniform and dress code; be flexible to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
