Crew Members are responsible for food preparation, menu item production, and providing guest assistance in various capacities such as dining room cashier and drive-thru order taker. Essential duties include adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining a neat appearance, demonstrating good people skills, and contributing to a teamwork-oriented environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory; basic math and reading skills are necessary. Crew Members should be prepared for long periods of standing and should be able to handle fast-paced and stressful situations.
