Job Summary
The Crew Member is responsible for food preparation, menu item production, and guest assistance, which includes interacting with customers in the dining room and drive-thru. Responsibilities also encompass daily operations such as receiving and storage, and adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures. A neat appearance and adherence to dress code are essential, along with the ability to handle stress and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not mandatory.
