Job Summary
Execute fast, accurate sandwich assembly and customer deliveries within strict time limits. Manage in-store operations including phone orders, cash register transactions, and maintaining a clean environment. Greet every customer with eye contact and adhere to all food safety and security guidelines. Handle high-stress situations while standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Complete other tasks as assigned to support store standards.
Required Qualifications
- All shifts needed (M-F lunch and dinner. Weekend shifts needed too)
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience
- Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Execute quality store operations
- Clean store, small wares, etc as necessary
- Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
- Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
