Job Summary
Crew Members are responsible for food preparation, menu item production, and guest assistance, which includes dining room cashier duties and handling drive-thru orders. Crew Members are expected to follow food safety and sanitation procedures, ensure guest and employee safety, and demonstrate excellent customer service with a prompt and friendly attitude. The role requires long periods of standing, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
