Job Summary
Customer-facing CSR at Domino's responsible for providing quality service, processing orders, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting store operations. Must be able to handle monetary transactions accurately and deliver a friendly experience.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service ability
- Prior experience in a customer service or applicable role preferred
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
