Job Summary
Organize shifts, handle cash, manage inventory, and oversee customer service while working the cash register, drive-thru, fryer, and griddle. Prepare orders and maintain sanitation standards to ensure a healthy, safe environment for all team members. Motivate and lead the crew in this fast-paced, high-energy food service setting. This role supports White Castle's century-old mission of creating memorable moments for Cravers, with opportunities for growth within our family-owned business.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
