Job Summary
Manage and train restaurant staff, supervise shifts, and work hands-on to ensure outstanding service, properly prepared products, a clean and organized operation following safety practices and Little Caesars processes. Proactively lead and direct the team, operate shifts to build sales and control costs, and handle cash/banking procedures. Support the Restaurant Manager in developing a strong team with available training resources; flexible hours available depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Have previous experience in restaurants, retail or in a customer focused position.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Possess necessary skills to communicate, motivate and lead.
- Be dependable, hardworking and ability to work under pressure & in stressful situations.
- Be able work your schedule and be able to perform all essential function of the job.
- Highly Desired: Possess a valid driver license and reliable vehicle (with insurance).
