Job Summary
The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing a team ensuring job tasks are completed efficiently. Duties include supporting, training, and guiding the sales force to meet production goals across assigned branches. Key responsibilities involve providing excellent customer service, managing cash transactions, coaching Sales Associates, and maintaining confidentiality of client information. Required skills include strong communication abilities, analytical skills for assessing customer needs, and proficiency in computer applications. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Cash handling experience
- Working knowledge of customer service concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
